Only fleets in Fortis BC electrical service territory will be eligible for ZEV Fleet Assessments, ZEV Infrastructure Assessments, and Electrical Service Upgrades. Fleets that receive electrical service from BC Hydro can access these rebates through BC Hydro’s Fleet Electrification program: https://www.bchydro.com/powersmart/electric-vehicles/industry/fleets/incentives.html.
Please complete this application in full and submit the application with all supporting documentation. The application must be submitted before June 1, 2026 in order to qualify. Applicants can apply for more than one sub-program rebate.
Eligibility
To be considered eligible under this Program, a company must:
- Be located in B.C (home-based businesses are not eligible for this program);
- Be a legal entity validly incorporated or registered in Canada. Eligible organizations include:
• Electricity or gas utilities
• Companies (both not-for-profit and for-profit companies are eligible)
• Industry associations
• Research associations
• Indigenous and community groups
• Academic institutions
• Provincial, regional, or municipal governments or their departments or agencies*
*Municipal governments, regional districts, health authorities and their agencies, school districts and universities and colleges are eligible. Crown corporation, BC Government, and federal government fleets are not eligible.
